Kickoff change for Athlone Fixture

Wexford Youths FC would like to inform their fans, the media and their opposition that Friday's fixture against Athlone Town has been changed from 8pm to a 7.30pm kickoff at Ferrycarrig Park. Conor Sinnott who is infamously known as the Youths Club Captain is also the Clubs Media Officer/ Promoter and with his help the Club feel it will be more beneficial for fans to kickoff the Youths home fixtures at an early time. A 7.30pm kickoff has been put in action so to encourage more parents to bring their children to see Mick Wallace's troops in action. It had been recently spotted that the later kickoff obviously meant that the game didn't finish until a rather late time and some parents may have been reluctant to have their children out at such a late hour.
Everyone involved with the Wexford Youths FC hopes that the new kickoff time suits our fans and where better to test it out than this Friday at Ferrycarrig against a tough Athlone Town side.
